How to manufacture a watch box?
All the watches you bought is coming with a fantastic box packing, they could be leather watch boxes, paper watch boxes, wooden watch box, etc. Have you ever thought how the watch boxes be done?
First of all, we should choose the material, using the different die cut molds to make the materials into the special shape to match the main Frame(wood,paper,leather). Then you will have a prototype of the box.
Next step is to do something on the prototype such as hot stamping, silkscreen, print, deboss/emboss the patterns which depends on the requirement. This is what we call customized.
At last we glue all the parts together to make an accomplished box.
In the entire process, quality control is the most important work. Raw-material inspection, producing inspection and finished product inspect should be 100% clear before moving to next step.
Each process should be perfect so we could have a quality watch box. Generally speaking, we need to pay attention to the all production process so that to make sure the watch box with good quality.
